Concord

Our Concord office is located inside the Emerson Center for Specialty Care. Baker Ave. Ext. can be reached from Rt 62 in W. Concord or via Rt 2 (across from Paparazzi’s Restaurant). The building is on the same side of Rt 2 as Emerson Hospital, one half mile closer to the Concord Rotary. You will find us on the second floor in Suite 200 and the building is handicapped accessible.

Westford

Our Westford office is located inside the Emerson Hospital Health Center at 133 Littleton Road (Rt 110). Take exit 32 from Rt 495, head east and take a left onto Rt 110 at the traffic light. The Emerson Hospital Health Center will be on your left one half mile up Rt 110 (located next to Chili’s Restaurant). Our doctors see patients in Suite 104.

Please call the office to make an appointment in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.

Fees & Payments

We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover, cash and check for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. However, payment is the patient's responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire.

When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

• Driver’s license or a valid ID
• Insurance information
• Referral letter (if required)
• Reports, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc. and any other relevant information
• List of medications (if any)

If you need to cancel an appointment

Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 days’ notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

We recognize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize if we keep you waiting.
